Scouts will be meeting at the Parkallen School this week.
Scouts will be completing their Knife Safety basics and final camp preparations.
The Scout program is designed to interest children grades 6 to 9. The Scout activities emphasize citizen development while living and playing outdoors. Scouts earn Achievement Badges and Challenge Badges - to earn the Chief Scout Award. Each year our Scouts participate in several weekend camps and special activities. Our group meets every Wednesday from Sept to May at the Parkallen School starting at 6:30 PM

Knife Safety 101 (Feb 18th)
Scouts have been working very hard to prepare for the upcoming Winter Camp. They have worked on winter survival, first aid and lashing. This week we will be reviewing knife safety and how to make a camp bed roll.

Scouts Winter Camp Prep - Con't (Feb 11th)

Scouts Winter Camp Prep (Feb 4th)
Scouts will be meeting at the Parkallen School this week to continue their Winter survival skills training in preparation of Winter Camp.
Scouts will need their Scout Books and day packs. We will be practicing our knot and lashing skills.
