The Scout program is designed to interest children grades 6 to 9. The Scout activities emphasize citizen development while living and playing outdoors. Scouts earn Achievement Badges and Challenge Badges - to earn the Chief Scout Award. Each year our Scouts participate in several weekend camps and special activities. Our group meets every Wednesday from Sept to May at the Parkallen School starting at 6:30 PM

Scouts Ice On Whyte - (Jan 29th)
Scouts will be meeting at the Ice on Whyte Festival located at End of Steel Park: Gateway Blvd (103 Street) and Tommy Banks Way, Edmonton, Alberta. Parents and siblings are welcomed to attend.
Gate admission is:
Adults $6
Children 2 - 12 years old $3
Under 2 free

Knife Safety Test - (Jan 22)
Scouts have spent the last two weeks learning about knives, sharpening knives, how to take of a knife, how to use a knife safely and most importantly how to pass someone a knife safely. This week the Scouts get to test their knowledge and earn the very exclusive Knife Safety Permit.
We will be meeting and testing at the Parkallen School.
