The Scout program is designed to interest children grades 6 to 9. The Scout activities emphasize citizen development while living and playing outdoors. Scouts earn Achievement Badges and Challenge Badges - to earn the Chief Scout Award. Each year our Scouts participate in several weekend camps and special activities. It is all about the Knots
Our Scout Group will be working on one of the key skill essentials in Scouts this week. Our Scouts will be learning about knots. This skill is handy when we made our Monkey Bridge at our 2011 Fall Camp, tying up your siblings, 2011 Spring Thaw Camp, your group commissioner and your canoe during our canoe trip.
