Earning the Knife Permit

Scouts will be learning about knife safety as part of their Knife Permit requirements.  Please bring yur Scout book to the meeting this week.

Warm Weather Hike

Since it is soooooo warm outside Scouts will be taking a little hike to enjoy the weather.  Please dress for the weather and bring an extra pair of dry socks just incase your boots are not as water resitant as you thought.

Troop Alert!

Scouts will be meeting at the Parkallen School Gym on January 9th at 6:30 PM.  Please dress for the weather as Scouter Krista plans to put the "out" in Scout with a walk through the Parkallen area.

Scout Swim 2012

Scouts will be going for a swim this week at the Commonwealth Recreation Centre Pool (11000 Stadium Road, attached to the Commonwealth Stadium, home of the Edmonton Eskimos!!!!) starting at 6:30 PM. Please dress warm and bring change for the locker rental.

Scout Toboggan 2012

The Scouts will be going tobogganing this November 28th at the Mill Woods Park (66 Street & 23rd Avenue).  This is the time the Scouts get to show the other Scout Sections who rules the hill.  Please dress for the weather and bring a helmet.

Investiture 2012

Scouts will be meeting at the Parkallen School this week to continue on their badge work and to invest all new Scouts to the Troop.

Nov 14th Meeting

Scouts will be meeting this week at the Parkallen School Gym.  Due to the weather last week the investiture of our new Scouts will take place next week on November 21st.

Scouts will be continuing their work on badge and permit requirements.
